Most exercise programs are not easy to build into your day to day. They take thought. They take me planning a part of my day. This was just every time I use the bathroom I have to exercise. It was habit building, quick. I could do it in a minute or two.


You benefit from this without all the pressure. I have worked out with trainers before and disliked every single one of them. I think one of the reasons why is the pressure. Wendy this is successful. Today I didn’t have an exercise and decided that I would make it a push up day. I did it. What you are doing works, it actually works.
